All our products have an original owner lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Some items are considered consumable and are expected to wear. These include feet, trekking tips, snowbaskets, lines, and webbing. Expected wear is not warrantable.
You may return items within 30-days after receipt for any reason if they are in new condition. Buyer pays for return shipping and the refund is for the price of the items only (does not include the original shipping).
After 30-days (or if the item is no longer in new condition) we will either repair, replace, or refund at our option.
We make an emphasis on customer service and will do everything reasonable to make sure you not only have an excellent product, but that you are happy with the purchase.
We are 2-person company making innovative and ever improving products. We strive to make improvements retrofittable to earlier versions. Without you, the customer, understanding this, it would be another 5 years or so before you could enjoy the fully functional products we are currently selling.
